The draws for the quarter-final stage of Europe’s elite football competition, the UEFA Champions League was done on Friday, July 10, 2020.
The draws now confirmed the resumption of games that were previously suspended due to the global Coronavirus outbreak.
The draws for the next stage of the competition were confirmed in a tweet from the official Twitter handle of the UEFA Champions League.
Barcelona and Bayern Munich will meet in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League should both sides make it through, Friday’s draw for the final eight confirmed.
Both teams still need to complete their last-16 ties, with Bayern 3-0 up against Chelsea after the first leg and Barcelona having drawn 1-1 with Napoli.
In other draws, Cristiano Ronaldo may face his former club (Real Madrid) if the Spanish giants overcome the English Premier League club, Manchester City and Lyon also lose to Juventus (Ronaldo’s current club).

However, fans will still not be able to watch live games in the stadium due to Coronavirus restrictions.
