Infinix Zero 8 Launched With Helio G90T Gaming Chipset, 8GB RAM

Infinix Zero 8 has been announced as the latest model from the Shenzhen-based smartphone company. This device was recently launched in Indonesia and brings a 64MP main camera to the fore. It is also the first Infinix device with a 90Hz refresh rate and will feature the MediaTek Helio G90T under the hood.

The Infinix Zero 8 is built around a 6.85-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling. The display also features a pill-shaped cutout which houses two selfie cameras, a 48MP shooter and an 8MP shooter. Under the hood, the MediaTek Helio G90T chipset keeps this device ticking. It offers 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage that can be expanded via microSD card.

In the camera department, a quad-rear camera setup with a 64MP Sony IMX 686 main sensor takes care of photography duty. This shooter is ably assisted by an 8MP ultra-wide snapper and two 2MP shooters for depth data and low light videos.

This smartphone runs Android 10 with Infinix X OS 7 on top. A 4,500mAh battery that supports 33W SuperCharge keeps this device powered all day.

Infinix Zero 8 Price and Availability

The device will go on sale on August 31 with a retail of IDR 3,799,000 ($258). Elsewhere, we’re expecting the phone to go global on September 1 with a $250 / N96,500 price tag.
