The New MTN XtraValue Carte Plan offers MTN Subscribers the flexibility to mix and match bundles from a rich bouquet of National, international, Roaming voice & Data services to form a personalized bundle after subscribing to any XtraValue carte bundle.
Who Can Migrate To MTN XtraValue Carte Plan?
It’s available to all MTN Prepaid and Post-paid customers. However only prepaid customers will be migrated to the XtraValue Carte plan after purchase of the XtraValue carte bundles while Post-Paid customers will be able to enjoy the bundles while on their respective plans.
How To Migrate XtraValue Carte Plan
- Launch the MyMTN App
- Click on “Bundle” and select “Build Your Bundles”
- Choose from a rich bouquet of Voice, Data, IDD and Roaming bundles
Important Things About XtraValue Carte Plan You Need To Note
>> Migration into XtraValue Carte plan is free and first migration out of XtraValue Carte plan in a month will also not be charged but for subsequent migration out of the plan within the same month, you will be charged N100.
>> Each of the XtraValue carte bundles cost N1000
>> To check main balance, bundle balance and bundle expiry, you should either: dial *556#,*559*70# or log into MyMTN App.
>> The XtraValue Carte bundles are valid for 30 days while the Top up bundles are valid for 7 days from the date of activation.
>> You can buy up to five bundles but only a MINIIMUM of two different bundles can be purchased at once.
>> You can buy multiple bundles but a minimum of two bundles types.
>> You will be able to enjoy all MTNN products, services, offers and promotion while on Xtravalue carte plan.
>> You will be charged 20k/sec once the carte Voice bundle is exhausted
>> If the XtraValue Carte bundles are due for Auto renewal and you will only have airtime to renew just one (1) of the bundles, NONE of the bundles will auto renew.
>> You can only cancel auto-renewal on all bundles and not individual bundles in your carte.
>> Once You exhausts any of your bundle (or used up to 90% of the volume), you will be able to “Top-up” the bundle by selecting “top-up Bundle” on the MyMTNApp. However, you will not be able to top-up roaming bundle.
>> You will be able to use active XtraValue bundle after migrating to the XtraValue Carte Plan. However, the bundle with the shortest validity will be used first before moving to other bundles.
>> You will ONLY be able to opt in for Auto-renewal on all bundles and NOT select bundles in your Carte.
>> You will NOT be able to opt-in for auto-renewal on the roaming Voice and Data bundles.
